RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- All original tags attached
- Original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase required

Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided with instructions. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to evaluate and resolve the issue.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Personal care products (beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES
For the fastest service, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement once the return is approved.
EU 14-DAY LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For goods shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
Items must remain in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with all tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Upon approval, your refund will be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process the refund.
